Mr. Seitzinger, who goes by “Bud,” has represented plaintiffs and claimants in the fields of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability for over 35 years. He has represented thousands of Social Security disability claimants, from the initial disability application, through briefing and oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The entirety of his career has been devoted to achieving justice for individuals who through either illness or injury are unable to work.

Mr. Seitzinger is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He earned his law degree at Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. He is also a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
