Scott has been with Disability Help Group since March 2014. He has litigated thousands of Social Security disability claims, resulting in millions of dollars of disability awards to clients.  

While at Disability Help Group, Scott handles hearings in front of Social Security Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), appeals of ALJ denials to Social Security’s Appeals Council (AC), and drafting federal district court appeals of Social Security AC denials.

2004 Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in political science from the University of Florida with honors and certificate in international relations; minor in history. 

2005 Stetson Univ. College of Law 

2007 Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Florida Coastal School of Law 

2009 admitted to the Florida Bar
