Since 2012, Amy Shenstone has been representing claimants in seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration across the United States.
Ms. Shenstone has appeared before hundreds of Administrative Law Judges in-person and litigated over ten thousand Social Security disability hearings. She is skilled in handling all stages of the disability process, from the Initial Application to Appeals Council Review.
