Michael Parker has been a zealous advocate representing individuals with their Social Security Disability Claim (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits since 2004. Michael has handled well over 10,000 cases before administrative law judges, the Social Security Administration’s Appeals Council, and, in limited circumstances, has represented individuals in Federal Court throughout Pennsylvania.
He manages all aspects of the claims process, from initial client consult to drafting Appeals Counsel briefs. Michael has significant knowledge of all issues pertaining to a Social Security Disability Claim. He has written many published articles on the subject of Social Security Disability Law. Additionally, he has a long history of speaking before Unions, presenting Continuing Legal Education, and speaking at conferences. Michael takes significant pride in his work as he has been able to obtain benefits for thousands of individuals.
